Content board
The content board is where every creative lives, from concept to ready-to-push. Each row is one creative with its status, contributors, linked product, funnel stage and ICP.
Views
Switch how the board looks from the view controls:
- Table for a dense, sortable overview.
- Board for a kanban by status.
- Gallery for a visual grid of the assets.
Working a creative
- Choose New creative and give it a name, type, funnel stage, landing, ICP and product. It starts as a concept.
- Assign contributors (your creators) from the contributors column.
- Move it through the statuses as it progresses: concept, new, in review, approved, running.
- Use Ready to push to focus on approved creatives cleared to go live in Ads Manager.
- Select rows to push them or delete them in bulk.
Everything is saved to your workspace. A new workspace starts with an empty board and fills up as you add creatives, ICPs and products.
Content hub
The Content sub-page (under Content board in the sidebar) is your content hub: every asset in one Drive-style folder tree — think Recovery Ice Kit / 9x16 or UGC inbox. Navigate with breadcrumbs, switch between grid and list view, and search across all folders at once.
Uploading is gated on connecting your own Google Drive first: your files live in your Drive, on your storage — Ecomyard creates a workspace folder there, builds the structure and naming conventions, and keeps this hub in sync as your index. Once connected, use New folder and Upload — pick files, drop them anywhere on the page, or right-click the canvas for New folder / Upload files / Add link. Click any file to open the previewer: images and videos play inline, with download, open-in-new-tab and arrow-key navigation. Every folder and file has a ⋮ menu with open and delete (a confirm step guards deletes, and deleting a folder cleans up everything inside). Filter by type and sort by name, date modified, date created or size — in either direction, with folders on top or mixed between the files. Delete removes the stored file too (with a confirm step), and Add link registers assets that live elsewhere. Two-way Google Drive sync arrives with the Drive connector, so the tree mirrors your Drive automatically.
Creative detail
Click a creative's name in any view to open its detail drawer — a full editor with four tabs. Overview edits name, status, type, funnel stage, landing, ICP, product, the working script and internal notes. Assets holds the 9:16 / 4:5 exports (upload files or add links). Feedback is the comment thread with your team, and Activity logs every status change.
Each creative also carries a production cost, which rolls up into the creative cost metric on your Overview.
Tips
- Columns can be reordered to match how your team reads the board.
- Link every creative to a product and an ICP so your analytics and coverage stay meaningful.
