Briefs

A brief tells a creator exactly what to make. Ecomyard AI can draft briefs from your account data, so you start from something real instead of a blank page.

The brief lifecycle

1. Open briefs are available for creators to claim.
2. Claimed briefs have an owner working on them.
3. Delivered briefs have a file attached, ready for review on the content board.

Creating a brief

Use New brief to add one with a title, ICP, funnel stage and reward, or ask Ecomyard AI, for example "draft a brief for the Recovery persona, bottom of funnel". Briefs are stored on your workspace and appear in the pool for creators to claim.

Tips

• Keep briefs tied to an ICP and a product so results roll up into your analytics.
• Use the status filters to see what is open, claimed or delivered at a glance.
• Delivered briefs feed the briefings complete metric on your Overview.
