Payouts
Affiliates earn commission on the sales they drive. The Payouts page tracks what each affiliate is owed, lets you pay them out, and keeps a full history.
What you see
- Summary: total pending payout, total paid to date, and how many payouts are still open.
- Ready to pay: every affiliate with a pending balance, their payout method and the amount owed.
- Payout history: every payout with amount, method, reference, status and date.
Paying an affiliate
- Open Payouts under Affiliates.
- Under Ready to pay, review each affiliate's pending balance and method.
- Choose Pay out. The balance moves from pending to paid, and a payout record appears in the history.
Payouts still in processing or pending can be marked paid from the history as they clear.
Methods
Each affiliate is paid through one method: Trolley, PayPal or store credit. You configure which providers you use on the Payout methods page.
Payouts are a workspace-admin action.
Commission review
Commissions are gated on fulfillment: a new sale lands as held and only counts toward the affiliate's balance when you mark the order fulfilled. Marking it refunded voids the commission, and reverses it if it was already approved. The held total sits at the top of the Payouts page so nothing gets paid out on orders that never shipped.
